Caolan Keegan has worked in the Wellington recruitment market since 2012. Prior to this he spent over five years working in banking in Ireland and is a Qualified Financial Advisor as well as being Prince 2-qualified.
He has recruited extensively on both permanent and contract roles across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Caolan is passionate about people and technology, and has experience recruiting across sales, marketing, IT and Business Transformation. He enjoys partnering with his clients to ensure a successful outcome and has worked on both individual assignments as well as project based work in placing entire teams for organisations.
His main focus is recruiting across Business Transformation (Project, Programme, Change Management and Business Analysis) as a Principal Consultant. Caolan has a passion for digital and how it is changing our lives, and is currently completing a BSc Degree in Digital Technology, Design and Innovation.
