Paula fell into recruitment after being an Au Pair in Paris, France and moving to New Zealand from Philadelphia. She started matching Kiwi families with overseas Au Pairs, then moved to agency recruitment where she excelled in IT for 2 years.

During the first Covid Lockdown in 2020, she decided to take a leap of faith and pivoted into the wine industry. Moving to Central Otago, she worked in the vines and then moved to the cellar to make award-winning wine. The Big Smoke was calling her back, and she is very happy to be back in IT & Business Transformation recruitment with Momentum.
