With a major project underway within this organisation they are needing a resource to support their Risk and Maintenance National Asset Management Solution deliverables.
What we are looking for:
- Infrastructure Building Services or Asset Management experience
- Strong analytical and strategic skills – develop frameworks and policy documents
- Must have a sound understanding of NZS ISO 31000:2018
- Indepth knowledge of asset lifecycle management, asset risk management and industry best practices
- Be skilled in collaborating with diverse teams, facilitating discussions and driving the implementation of strategies
