As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers across New Zealand, ensuring they receive exceptional service while exploring reverse mortgage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, answering queries and highlighting the benefits of reverse mortgage solutions.
- Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions tailored to their needs.
- Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all documentation and systems are up to date.
- Follow up on leads to maintain momentum and conversion.
- Take a proactive approach to achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a passion for helping people.
- At least 3 years experience working in New Zealand
- Experience within financial services (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
