Are you an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor with strengths in systems and processes? Do you enjoy analysing HR data and reporting? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a small team?

We’re looking for a resilient and tech savvy HR professional to step into this busy HR Manager role managing employee services and data compliance. You’ll lead a small team of three (HR & Recruitment Coordinators), overseeing all aspects of employee services with a focus on delivering excellent employee support services, managing HR data systems including the HRIS, and employee communications ensuring a positive employee experience.

Reporting directly to the CPO, you’ll work alongside 2 BP’s one of whom is an L&D Specialist, and you'll be a trusted advisor playing an integral role in the People Team.
  
Key responsibilities:

  • Utilise HR analytics to provide insights and inform decision-making
  • Champion the use of HR systems and technology to improve processes and reporting
  • Lead and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality support and advice
  • Interpret and apply collective and individual employment agreements
  • Provide trusted advice to leaders on wellbeing initiatives, performance appraisals, and organisational development
  • Foster a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle
   
About you:
  • Currently operating at HR Business Partner level or similar, with a desire to step up
  • Tech-savvy with strong capability in HR systems & processes, HR administration and coordination management and analytics & reporting
  • Experience in Bamboo HR would be advantageous
  • Data-driven, proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work at pace
  • Resilient and confident in your ability to lead and influence
  • Passionate about the not-for-profit sector and motivated by meaningful work
