About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the design and configuration of their new TMS. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in this agile project, focusing on user story development, system design, and the integration of external systems.

- Lead the design and configuration of the new TMS, avoiding unnecessary complexities in legacy systems.
- Understand and document data flows between the TMS and external systems, ensuring seamless integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Identify and address gaps in the new TMS to develop effective solutions.
- Work within an agile framework, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within transport, shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to produce detailed and effective user stories.
- Experience with system integration and managing data flows between internal and external systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for identifying solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to resist the temptation to delve into unnecessary details, maintaining focus on project objectives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
